Gridlore Privacy Policy

In short

Gridlore needs no account and never asks for your name, e-mail or phone number. Progress, coins and settings are stored on your device. If Android backup is on, the system may keep a copy in your Google account; we have no access to that copy.

The game shows ads from Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob uses your device advertising ID and technical data about the device.

What is stored on your device

Levels completed, stars, coins, boosters, records, the game in progress, settings and the counters behind the ad rules. None of this is sent to us. Uninstalling the game deletes it.

The device also keeps a log of game events (level start and end, booster use). If we connect Firebase Analytics, this log will be sent to Google Firebase without personal details, so we can see where the game is too hard or dull. This policy will be updated before that happens.

Advertising

Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may collect the advertising ID, IP address, device model, OS version and data about ad views and taps. How Google uses this data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

In the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the game shows Google’s consent form on first launch. Without consent, ads are not personalised. You can change your choice in the game settings.

On iPhone the game asks for permission to track (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, ads are not personalised.

You can reset or turn off the advertising ID in your phone settings.

Children

The game is meant for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Purchases

The game has one purchase: No ads. Payment is handled by Google Play or the App Store, and we never receive your card details. To know the purchase was made, the game asks the store for your purchases of this app.

Reminders

If you allow notifications, the game schedules evening reminders on the phone itself about the daily gift and the trial streak, at most one a day. Nothing is sent over the internet for them. You can turn them off in the game settings or the phone settings.

Gridlore не требует регистрации и не просит имя, почту или телефон. Прогресс, монеты и настройки хранятся на вашем устройстве. Если в Android включено резервное копирование, система может сохранить их копию в вашем аккаунте Google, и у нас к этой копии доступа нет.

В игре есть реклама Google AdMob. Чтобы показывать рекламу, AdMob использует рекламный идентификатор устройства и технические данные о нём.

Что хранится на устройстве

Пройденные уровни, звёзды, монеты, бустеры, рекорды, сохранённая партия, настройки и счётчики для правил показа рекламы. Эти данные не отправляются нам. Если удалить игру, они удаляются вместе с ней.

На устройстве также копится журнал игровых событий (начало и конец уровня, использование бустеров). Если мы подключим аналитику Firebase, этот журнал будет отправляться в Google Firebase в обезличенном виде, чтобы мы видели, где игра слишком сложная или скучная. Перед этим текст политики будет обновлён.

Реклама

Рекламу показывает Google AdMob. Он может собирать рекламный идентификатор, IP-адрес, модель устройства, версию системы и данные о показах и нажатиях. Как Google обращается с этими данными: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

В Европейском союзе, Великобритании и Швейцарии при первом запуске игра показывает окно согласия Google. Без согласия реклама не персонализируется. Изменить выбор можно в настройках игры.

На iPhone игра спрашивает разрешение на отслеживание (App Tracking Transparency). Если отказать, реклама не будет персонализирована.

Рекламный идентификатор можно сбросить или отключить в настройках телефона.

Дети

Игра рассчитана на игроков от 13 лет и не ориентирована на детей. Мы сознательно не собираем данные детей.

Покупки

В игре одна покупка: «Без рекламы». Оплату обрабатывают Google Play или App Store, мы не получаем данные вашей карты. Чтобы узнать, что покупка сделана, игра спрашивает у магазина список ваших покупок этого приложения.

Напоминания

Если вы разрешите уведомления, игра ставит на самом телефоне вечерние напоминания о подарке дня и серии испытаний, не больше одного в день. Для них ничего не отправляется в интернет. Выключить их можно в настройках игры или телефона.
